How do you ensure the freshness of the coffee?
We roast our beans in small batches daily. Each bag is valved to allow gases to escape while preventing oxygen from entering, and we include a 'Roasted On' date so you know exactly how fresh your coffee is.
What is the typical shipping timeline?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days to ensure you receive your beans at their peak flavor profile.
Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole beans?
We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness or choose from various grind sizes including Drip, Espresso, or French Press to suit your brewing method.
What is your return policy on food items?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
Yes, we prioritize Direct Trade and Fair Trade practices. We work closely with farmers and cooperatives to ensure sustainable farming methods and fair wages for all workers involved in the harvest.
Can I modify or cancel my subscription?
